This episode introduces people to Golden Moon Amer dit Picon. This is our recreation of Gaétan Picon’s classic Amer (Bitters) from the 1830s. This is the only product on the market today to use the original recipe and production methods used by Gaétan Picon. If you want to make any classic cocktail that calls for his Amer as part of the recipe (Brooklyn, Brittany, Picon Punch, etc.) and you want it to taste as it should, the only way to do so is with Golden Moon Amer dit Picon.
